Only six weeks to go to the Cornwall Film Festival application deadline of August 15th (late applications o­n September 1st  cost £25)

To enter your film, the writer, director or producer must be resident in Cornwall.

We are looking for drama, documentary or animation of any length or genre.

Selected films will be eligible for the Delabole Slate Film of the Festival Audience Award

We have special screenings for:

• Young People’s films

The young people’s film festival will screen work by anyone from ages  0 – 18

• Student films
• Films made by students in higher education – these films will be eligible for the Delabole Slate Best Student Film Audience Award
• Surf & Skate films

Films o­n surfing or skating shot anywhere in the world, by Cornish film makers.These films will be eligible for  surf/skate best film award to be presented at the surf/skate party

• Four minute documentaries

Documentaries of four minutes in length which will also be entered to the 4docs website (chanel 4 boradband channel open to all)

The festival, in association with Denham Productions, will be running a 4docs event at the festival, Where selected four minute docs will be discussed by a panel of documentary film makers

Artists Moving Image

Films made by artists exploring the moving image will have their own screening
